Did You Know?

You have special glands above each eye called the lacimal glands. These glands make tears. The reason for the tears is to protect your eye from drying out. When you blink, the tears cross over your eye and help keep it free from germs and dust.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to be a Costco Member to get an eye exam?

No, you do not have to be a Costco member to use our services.

Do I need an appointment to get an eye exam?

No. Appointments are available, but walk-in patients are always welcome.

Can a contact lens get stuck behind my eye?

Absolutely not. The surface of the eye is a closed system. The end of the small space between eyelid and eyeball (the conjunctival cul de sac) is basically a dead end. A contact lens, or anything, that comes in contact with the surface of your eye cannot travel very far.

We reccommend getting an eye exam once a year.
